Booth Services & Additional Passes

Key deadlines are approaching for finalizing your SGC 2025 booth details. To ensure we can fulfill all requests and have your materials ready for show day, please review the following deadlines and ordering information.

Important Deadlines

  • Friday, October 24, 2025:

    • Final deadline for any items requiring printing (additional signage, custom graphics, etc.)

  • Friday, October 31, 2025:

    • Final deadline for all other services (additional passes, electrical, AV, internet, equipment)

How to Order

To ensure we can process your requests in time for the conference, please email the appropriate contact below with your company name and detailed requirements.
