Henry Bawden

 

Henry is an explorer, experimenter, and active creator in many mediums. Henry has been a working artist since 1999 and has been in the video game industry since 2006. Since 2010 he has built and been in charge of the Video Game Art and Animation program at Columbus State Community College. He remains active in the game industry doing freelance work for various studios and even working on many internal projects through his company, Bawden Studio.

He has been on the board of the Ohio Game Developer's Association, and as part of that role has helped organize and participate in GDEX (Game Developer Expo) since it was conceived in 2013. He speaks regularly at local and international Industry conferences, as well as to various groups about aspects of game development.

In 2023 Henry got his debut novel, Amelia Splint and the Doorway to Hope, published. You can find it and his second novel, Gerald's Quest for sale at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and on Google Play Books.
